A: Depending on the reason(s) why you are leaving will alter the consequences. Once a customer has requested a certain trade or supplier, it is recorded onto the database. Randomly these potential customers receive a phone call to ask whether they were happy with the quote, etc. If supplier has been caught out then a warning will be issued. If the customer has been found out of wanting the supplier to complete works unauthorized by trade rite group , they will also be placed on a warning.

A: You do not need to send quotes to our office, only a copy of the TRG stamped invoice which has been paid by the customer. You can scan, fax or post the copied invoice. This process must be done within 7 days from completion of paid invoice.

A: You can consult with your suppliers before asking for our help. If you are unsuccessful then I will consult with your supplier and if we are unsuccessful then I will advise them that your business may be lost to one of our suppliers within the group. At the end of the day our job is to ensure our suppliers and customers are being looked after.

A: Spotters fees are payable when you have provided trade rite group with a new supplier or trade and they have signed to the program. A spotterâ..s fee is also paid if you have gained a customer for trade rite group.

trade rite group will also gain work through their members and from sales staff. Sales staff will attend large companies to firstly get them on board then encourage them to use trade rite group for all of their purchases.
